Lavinto Lab Limited — Return & Refund Policy
At Lavinto Lab, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that every order meets our quality standards and arrives as expected. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@lavintolab.com and include your order number along with details of the product you wish to return.
2. Delivery Issues
Please note:
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the package was not claimed, we cannot issue a refund. However, we can arrange a reshipment once the customer pays a small reshipping fee.
- If the delivery failure is due to an error on our part, a refund or free reshipment will be provided without hesitation.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or style), please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as “FINAL SALE”
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized products
6. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, in which case we will normally provide a replacement item.
- We are unable to provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
- All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China.
