You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. It's that simple.

To make a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label and all the instructions to make it easy for you to send the package back. We do not accept returns that have not been previously requested.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Check your order as soon as you receive it. If anything has arrived broken, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Exceptions: Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns of perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (custom orders or personalized items), or personal hygiene products (such as cosmetics).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have doubts about a particular product, please consult us beforehand.

Important: returns of sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel your order without justification. The product must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, as mentioned earlier. You must also provide the proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a little longer to reflect it.
